The beauty of the Assault Runner Pro is the fact you control the speed you run. There’s no motor to worry about and you can adjust your stride the way you want to run. With a 33″ (or 83cm) wide running area it’s easy to use, is naturally cushioned with the rubber coated slats and the way the belt works.

The curved shape of the running deck provides two key functions. Not only does it help with your posture as it encourages you to run ina more upright position, it also helps you control the speed. By running closer to the fonrt of the treadmill you can speed up the belt and therefore your running pace. To slow down simply move slightly towards the back of the curve and the belt, and so your runngin pace, will slow. It is easy and takes about 2 or 3 minutes to get used to it.
