Hammer Strength have used a proprietary blended urethane which is designed to provide the perfect low bounce performance with flexibility to protect plates and flooring.

Using Bumper Plates (over normal Olympic discs) is all about creating stability on the bar as you perform either of the recognised Olympic lifting techniques including ‘Power Snatch’, ‘Clean and Jerk’.
