Jacobs Ladder X

Workout Positions
There are four different positions. All of which will work slightly different muscle groups whilst maintaining the intensity you want during your cardio workout.
- Side Rail – This is the low intensity climbing
- Stand Up – A traditional stair climbing workout
- Sled Drive – Lean in, creates higher heart rate, upper and lower body core muscle workout
- Hand Over Hand – The best calorie burn. High intensity upper and lower body workout
