Using A Speedball Platform

Ultimately you need to know how to hit the bag and this is all about rhythm.  For example for every time you hit the bag, you’ll get 3 rebounds. As you hit the ball it goes forward, then back then forward again and then come back towards you to hit again. So get the rhythm and keep your hit constant and it’s allabout timing.

Then it’s about keeping your hands high and close to the bag, a constant rhythym of right right – left left to get started and ensure you hit in small circles. All this will ensure you get speed, timing and some good shoulder and arm stamina.
