Using Fixed Barbells

Used for a range of exercises from practising Olympic movements through to basic squat, shoulder press or even bicep curls, the fixed weight means there’s no plates to worry about. You can even buy a fixed barbell rack to suit. The commercial barbell set comes as 10 bars  (2 x 10 and 2 x 15kg as well as the 20kg to 45kg in 5kg increments).
