Allowing you to add mutliple new exercises to your Primal Monster Rack, these jammer arms allow you to do push and pull exercises with the monster rack frame as the anchor point. Suitable only for the PSPR0020 Monster Rack, you can achieve an impressive range of power movements.

Jammer arms should be an accessory for anyone with the Monster Rack. They are made from 60mm×60mm box steel and come with 12 adjustment heights. You can also add Olympic discs or powerbands to create the required resistance.
