The Primal Strength Olympic Trap Bar

Designed to enhance what a trap bar can do for your strength workouts, there’s a number of features that make this a unique hex and shrug bar. As well as the slightly revised design, the main unique selling point is the rotating grip handle that allows for three different grips to be used when doing shrugs or squats.

With a matte black, powder-coated steel frame, this hex bar is built to last and look great in your home or commercial gym.

Why Three Grip Handles?

Primal Strength have designed the handles to align perfectly with the weight-pin holder. This means correct angle through your wrist and forearms when lifting. They have also provided three different grip sizes; 25mm, 38mm and the ultra-thick 48mm that will test your grip to the max if you wish. Finally, the simple rotating nature of the mechanism means you can select easily and the knurled pattern aids your grip.

Using specialist 50kg plates, the bar can hold up to 450kg (250-300kg with normal Olympic plates) and the cleverly designed end caps ensure the weights fit tightly and you shouldn’t have to re-set the collars after heavy deadlifts.

This trap bar is extremely heavy duty and comes with a lifetime frame warranty so it is perfect for use at home or in commercial facilities.
